No accounts
There is no sign-up, login, or user profile. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal information.
Your text and quizzes are not stored
The lesson text you paste or upload, and the quizzes we generate, exist only for the moment it takes to produce your result. They are not written to any database, log, or file on our servers, and they are not used to train anything. Uploaded files (PDF/DOCX/TXT) are parsed in memory to extract their text and then immediately discarded — the file itself is never saved. Exports are generated in your browser and downloaded directly to your device.
API keys
If you bring your own OpenAI API key, it is kept only in your browser session and passed through to OpenAI to fulfill your request. It is never stored on our servers or logged.
Anonymous usage counter
The free tier is limited to a few quizzes per day. To count this, a random identifier is stored in your browser (localStorage) and a per-day counter is kept on our side. This identifier is a random value only — it is not an account, is not derived from your IP or device, and cannot be linked to your identity.
Payments
The one-time Pro purchase is handled entirely by our payment providers — Gumroad for cards, or NOWPayments if you pay with crypto. We never see or store your card, wallet, or payment details. Your Pro status lives only as a license key in your browser and is checked when needed. No account is created.
Abuse protection
To prevent abuse, we apply short-lived, IP-based rate limits on our API. These counters are transient and are not used to profile you.
